Founded by award-winning event designer Nadine De Leon, we specialize in custom event draping, upscale dΓ©cor rentals, and transformative event design for weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations.
With an eye for detail and a passion for refined elegance, Nadine and her team create breathtaking environments through tailored fabric installations, statement backdrops, custom dance floors, and curated event rentals. From intimate gatherings to grand celebrations, Tre Belle Events turns venues into unforgettable experiences across MD, DC, and VA.
Odilia
Originally from a small town in Guatemala, Odilia lives with her husband in Laurel MD and is the proud mother of two daughters and grandmother to 4 grand children.
She began working with our team in 2017 as a decor assistant and has been a dedicated member of the team ever since. With over eight years of service, she is the longest-serving employee with us and is now a senior decor designer on our team.
Odilia truly loves decorating and takes great pride in her work. She leads our execution team with her dedication, reliability, and commitment to excellence, always striving to deliver beautiful results in every project she takes on.
Meet Our Team
Nelly
Nelly is married and the proud mother of three children. Born and raised in Guatemala, she relocated to Laurel, Maryland, in February 2020, bringing with her a strong work ethic and a passion for creativity.
She joined our team in August 2020 and has since become an integral part of the team. Through her talent, dedication, and eye for design, she has grown into the role of Lead Designer, where she plays a key part in shaping and executing the creative vision for our events.
Nelly has a true passion for decorating and continuously seeks to expand her skills and knowledge. She loves transforming ideas into beautiful realities and is committed to delivering thoughtful, elegant designs that make every event memorable.
Erin
With a decade of administrative experience complemented by five years in project management under her belt, Erin is the operational backbone of Tre Belle Events. Since joining us in 2025, she has used her extensive professional background to refine our client experience and keep our growing team on the cutting edge. A true Marylander born and raised, Erin lives in Frederick with her family, bringing a genuine "small-town" heart to a big-picture professional role.
Kaley
Kaley specializes in luxury floral and event design rooted in lifelong passion. Having grown up planting and gardening, sheβs always appreciated the artistry within each stem. Since 2025, sheβs brought joy, refined creativity, and a trend-conscious perspective, creating designs that feel both elevated and alive. Kaley is inspired by the outdoors, beautiful scenery, and life at home with her two lovely daughters and their mini Bernedoodle, Daisy.
